To use Google Apps for email on your domain name, do the following in cPanel.
- Login to cPanel
- Go to MX Entries
- For each domain you want to configure, do the following:
- Choose the domain
- Scroll down to the Add New Record section and enter priorities (e.g. "10") and destinations (e.g. "ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM") as supplied by Google.
- Scroll up to the Email Routing section, choose "Remote Mail Exchanger", click Change.
- Scroll down to MX Records and delete any entries relating to the local domain name; only Google's servers should now be listed.
