Accessing webmail for your own email account

To access your email account through a web browser, you can login to Webmail.

You'll need to know the Email Address and Password associated with that email account. (If you don't know your email account password, click here for instructions on how to change your email account password.)

To open Webmail, go to the following URL in your web browser:

mail.example.com/webmail

...replacing example.com with your own domain name.

Then, click "Roundcube" to open the Webmail client. This will provide a rudimentary email interface for sending and receiving emails within your email account.

Accessing webmail for other email accounts in your organisation

You can also directly access Webmail for any email account associated with your organisation through our Client Area or your hosting account's cPanel interface, even if you don't know the email account password of the mailbox you want to access.

First, access the cPanel control panel for your hosting account. The easiest way to do this is through our Client Area (if you do not know your login details for our Client Area, click here for help.)

Open Client Area

From there, click on the appropriate hosting account under the Your Active Products/Services, then click the Email Accounts icon.

(Alternatively, if you know your hosting account's cPanel username and password, you can login to it directly via mail.example.com/cpanel, and then choose Email Accounts.)

Once on the Email Accounts page, scroll down until you see the list of email accounts, then click the Check Email button beside the email account you want to access. Then, click "Roundcube" to open the Webmail client.
