If you have any service through Precedence then you have an account in our Client Area where you can view and pay invoices, update contact details, view services you have with us, purchase new domains and other services, see your support ticket history, and more.
If you do not know your login, these tips may help:
- You can click "Forgot Password" to reset the password associated with your client area login
- The User email address will either be the primary email address associated with your billing account with us, or it may be an authorised user who has been set up with an individual login
- If, when trying to reset your password, it tells you that the email address is unknown, then we probably have a different email address on file for you. Just give us a call on 1300 363 460 and we'll update it and set you a new password so you can login right away!
We recommend you check over the following areas after logging in:
- Update the primary contact details in your account profile
- Add or update authorised contacts and who can login to your account (see Managing Users and Contacts)
- Add a credit card so that invoices are paid automatically (see Update credit card details)
