To access cPanel for your web hosting account, you can either:
- Login to the Precedence Client Area. This method uses your Client Area login details (email address and password).
- Login to cPanel directly by visiting yourdomain.com.au/cpanel, replacing yourdomain.com.au with your actual domain name. This method uses your cPanel Username and Password, which would have been emailed to you when your hosting account was first set up.
Accessing cPanel through the Precedence Client Area is usually the easiest option.
First, if you don't know your Precedence Client Area login details, you can reset the password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link, then entering your email address. If it doesn't recognise your email address, your account may be using a different contact email; give us a call and we can help out. You can find out more about accessing the Precedence Client Area here.
Once you have successfully logged in to the Precedence Client Area, you can access cPanel by looking for the domain name under the list of Your Active Products/Services, then clicking the Log in to cPanel button beside it.
If you need any help using the features of cPanel please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
