To make a partial payment against an invoice using a credit card, you will need to login to our Client Area, add funds to your account, then use those funds against an unpaid invoice. The following steps will walk you through the process.
- Login to our Client Area (if you are not sure how to do this, click here for help).
- Go to Billing > Add Funds, enter the amount you want to pay, choose Credit Card, click Add Funds, and follow the instructions to complete the payment. This will add those funds as a credit on your account.
- Go to Billing > My Invoices, click the unpaid invoice you wish to allocate those funds to, look for the "Apply Credit" section that will now appear, enter the value you want to allocate to this invoice, and click Apply Credit.
To see the value of credits currently on your account at any time, at the top of the Client Area, click the "Notifications" link. If there is a credit, it will tell you the value in the form of a notification. If there is no credit, no notification will appear.
