Different models of Android devices will have slightly different steps, but the same basic process and settings will apply.

Before you start, make sure you know your email address and password for the email account you are setting up.

Settings
Accounts & Sync, Add account
Email Address: someemail@yourdomain.com
Password: yourpassword
Manual Setup
Incoming Mail Server
1. Protocol: IMAP
2. Username: someemail@yourdomain.com
3. Password: yourpassword
4. IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
5. Port: 993
6. Security type: SSL or TLS
7. Delete email from server:
Outgoing Mail Server
1. SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com
2. Port: 465
3. Security type: SSL or TLS
4. Tick "require sign-in"
5. Username: someemail@yourdomain.com
6. Password: yourpassword
Account Name: someemail@yourdomain.com
Your Name: Your name
Finish Setup
