If you have a domain using our SpamExperts Spam Filter service, then you can access a control panel giving you tools and information relating to this service.
The easiest way to access your spam filter control panel is through the Precedence Client Area under Services.
(If you do not know your login details for the Client Area, click here for help getting access, or give us a call.)
From here,
- Locate the service called "SpamExperts Professional Spam Filter" and click it
- In the bottom right, click the button labelled "Log In To Panel"
Once you are in the control panel, you can access features such as:
- Spam Quarantine: Seeing emails that were rejected by the spam filter
- Train Spam: Uploading an email message that you received which was spam to help train the filter
- Sender Whitelist: Adding a sender email address or entire domain that will always be accepted
- Recipient Whitelist: Adding an email address at your domain that you want to be unfiltered

You can also access the spam filter control panel through your cPanel account (via www.yourdomain.com.au/cpanel) by clicking the "Professional Spam Filter" icon.
