If you have an email service with Precedence, you can block specific senders at the server level.
To do this, you'll need to know how to access our Client Area, or your direct cPanel login details. Click here for a guide on accessing our Client Area.
If you know your cPanel login details, login directly. Otherwise, from our Client Area, go to Services > My Services, click the relevant hosting account, then click Log in to cPanel in the left-hand sidebar.
Once in cPanel, go to Global Email Filters and click Create New Filter. Give it a name, like "block example.com". Then, add a rule for the "From" address, and put either the domain name or the full email address (depending on how specific you need to be), set the Action to Discard Message, then click Create.
Be aware that the From address of an email can be forged, and you may need to inspect the email's headers and identify a different field to match on, other than From, if necessary.
Precedence also offers a commercial spam filter solution which is available for a small annual fee; click here for more details on our commercial spam filter service.
